    Junk I've been working on

I've a theory that for all the success stories people post here, there's twice as many that try, fail, and don't say anything.

Any who, here's some things I've put together in the past couple months.

Suspension kit organizer (got the idea here)
    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1429474533.598982.jpg

Double ended stuff sack, big enough for hammock, bug net, and uq (if desired)
    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1429474841.804768.jpg

    No seeum ridge line organizer

Gear hammock from Dutch pack cover
    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1429474950.210455.jpg

CS Apex5 TQ. Closed foot box. Stitching on this was super hard, and super ugly. I played with tension till it was awesome, still shrunk 4". I did a practice model on a cheap poly blanket from walmart i found in thr basement. Came out perfect. So I tried this with some hypedD from rsbtr. Less than perfect. Not knocking Kyle's fabric, just my skills. What a pain... Now I need to do it again for a summer quilt. Seriously, I left this zoomed out so you cant't see all the places it mushed everything together. I'm burying this down low so I can say I posted it and hope that it gets over looked.

Mock up of my anorak, hope to get the wool version done in the next couple weeks, but the season's gone and there's no rush for it.

    Thanks for looking!

Took everything out to the Hoosier Hang this weekend, all worked great. Was actually too warm for for my TQ, which is what leads me to making another one so soon.

Don't stress on the 5.0 climashield quilt. I started the same way you did, creating a 5.0 winter quilt with sewn in footbox, using the same materials (1.1 hyperD outer and 1.6 inner) and it's very amazingly functional, but with a few minor design flaws here and there.
I made a 2.5 Summer quilt shortly after, with hyperD as well and it was considerably easier the second time around. Both knowing how the material handles, moves and stretches allowed my second quilt's construction to be something I was really proud of. I'd bet your second attempt dramatically improves to your liking as well, though your first does look good in your pic.

    Nice work all around!

Don't sweat the tq. Looks great. I did my first one not long ago and the first attempt it wouldn't even turn right side o it because I stitched it wrong. Spent over an hour pulling stitches to salvage it and get it right.
