    need a new bug net

i currently have a warbonnet bug net but it's to short for my preferred hammocks so I'm looking for a new one. Looking at the Fronkey style that Dutch has, does anyone know what the ridge length is on those? need it to work with a 108" hammock ridge line. Also who else sells full bug nets?

Dutch makes a bugnet for an 11 ft. hammock, and for a 10 ft. hammock. Presumably, the bugnet for 11 ft. hammocks would be 109.56" (83% of 11 ft.) plus a few inches extra on each end.

Buttinasling also makes the Buginator and Nanobuginator. There are other vendors that make independent bugnets too, though none come to mind right now.

I'm in the same predicament; 11' hammock with the Warbonnet Travel net. I don't like the idea of a anything that doesn't offer full coverage, as mosquitos can bite through a single layer hammock. I also like a zipper, so I can use the hammock as a camp chair in the morning without removing the net.

Wilderness Logics makes one that might fit the bill. It has a 115" ridge line, zipper entrance, and full coverage.

I have the Nexus net from Simply Light Designs. Simple, light and it works. I like the corner pockets. I usually just put a small rock in the pocket by my head and it keeps the net from flopping on me.

Wilderness Logics makes a nice net with a "U" shaped zipper that would let you sit like a chair and offers full coverage!

Ordered one earlier today. Bugnets that have a zippered door that can fold out of the way seam to be few and far between.

Grand Trunks and on sale cheap through BackCountry right now. I liked it enough we got a second one for our TTM hammocks (kind of like Eno but larger/longer). This is big enough to swallow a Hennessy with room to spare. The spreader bars really make it a lot nicer as it's not draped in your face every time a breeze goes and having the bottom where you can stake it out, put your small cooler, shoes, etc. inside and keep them bug free and handy is a huge bonus. The picture may not look like it but there is a LOT of slack at the ends of the hammock.
