I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
I really like all the positive feedback on this UQ I think I will order one today.

Love my Jarbidge! I will add that depending on the length of the hammock the shock cord could be a little short. I have an 11ft Dutch hammock and ended up splitting the cord in half and mitten hook it to small loops prussic'd to the ridgeline. Now I can adjust it from inside the hammock and slide it toward my head or feet as needed.

Wasn't my first UQ, but I wish it had been. Love mine.
I would also like see or hear more about how you did that. I have been thinking about clipping it to prusics on my rl as well. I however was just going to leave the suspension as is and use the little mini biners to clip it on. I assume you split the line and added mitten hooks so that you can have the lines run in both sides of the hammock?
Don't have a picture but that's exactly what I did. I cut the shock cord in half on each end and added a mitten hook and a mini cord lock to each of those ends. When I hook up the quilt I run a cord up each side of the hammock to small continuous loops of zingit prussic'd on the ridgeline. Now I can adjust each corner independently. Of course this won't work with an integrated net.
