    WTB: WBBB hammock

Buying my first hammock, planning to leave to thru hike the appalachian trail in 2-3 weeks (or switch to a SOBO hike in mid June). After weeks of lurking and reading reviews, I have my heart set on a blackbird/xlc. Only problem is they're not taking orders right now, trying my luck here. Will consider any size/model, though 1.7 preferred. Also considering package deals with tarps/suspensions/etc.

that one might be been mine. is so, my xlc 1.7dl had a blemish on the bugnet right over the face area that bugged me every time I laid in it. they let me exchange it for another. this was only a couple weeks ago, which makes me think it's mine. but I have no way of knowing for sure.

I have a WBBB 1.7 single layer. I also have a WB Mamajamba tarp that I could part with, if you need it. Both in excellent condition. PM me if interested.

I think I know someone that just ordered this. He said there was also a regular Blackbird listed. He's pretty stoked as he didn't think he'd be able to get one before his next trip.

Not to be fickle/difficult, but I'm starting to have a change of heart on the WBBB. I'm 175lbs and just over 6'0", typically I round down but I can hit 6'1" if I'm having a posturally good day. Now that I'm ready to pull the trigger anxiety is setting in that the WBBB XLC is a better choice due to my height, if you don't mind I'll keep you on the back burner.

They sold it, the 1.7 DL WBBB is still there, but now I'm having a crisis of size.
