    I'm about 6'1" 220lbs. I got a 50" wide, 78" long and it's just right for me.

I am 6'4", 200#. I got the 50" x 79". It is just long enough to cover my face if needed in cold weather and plenty wide enough. I would suggest the same size for you. The 74" might be a little short.

Close your your size and I love the long/wide.

Something to think about: if you sleep only on your back then you can get by with a narrower TQ. If you sleep on the ground too, then the the above REALLY applies - if you toss 'n turn drafts will get annoying with a narrow TQ. I'm a UL backpacker and the little extra weight is worth it for me.

I have the XL Warbonnet Mamba, just to have the extra space.
    Straight out of Clayton.

Most physical hike: Grandfather Mountain, NC. Aug 13.

I don't need to make my pack lighter. I need to make my (_*_) lighter.
