    new pole mod

i bought a rr last year and the spreader bars were just a little too close to my tarp for comfort.it took me 6 months to get up the courage to desecrate my z-packs tarp with a few new patches.i even went as far as having z-packs make the patches for me.whoosey move i know, but his new patches are solid.i got the ones with the loops on them.
2 13' nano poles from the tent pole guys.and 2 4 footers for awning mode.i and canoeing most of the time now,so i dont bring any hiking poles anymore.
bought a load of dutch bling.did a total makeover.

my tarp a cuben custom from joe is 13 foot wide x 12 long.wish i had gone 13.plus the cuben is the 1.0,the heavy stuff .

any way i took pix for my wife.you may appreciate them too.

i have been through some bad azz weather under this tarp and it shines
i know it may be overkill for some but i like the security

Very nice! I like the full hoop, inner pole mod as well - vs the short pole, over the top mod. Sometimes I think about going to a smaller tarp (I think mine is 10 x 11) but seeing your pictures reminds me how luxurious a large tarp can be.
