    Dutchware and Dutch!

    Receiving a package in the mail yesterday from Ducth, I was a bit confused. I hadn't recently place an order. Upon opening the package I found a new set of Como Tree Huggers just like the ones I had recently purchase back in April along with a bunch of other Dutch Bling. Included was a letter explaining Dutch wasn't happy with the thread used during the sewing of the loops and was replacing those produced during a specific window. Also included was a pre paid postage envelope with instructions to return the originals. I had most recently used the huggers several nights while vacationing in Cocoa Beach, hanging in my daughters Courtyard Pool area with absolutely no issues. In my opinion this is not only a testament of his business ethics but his utmost integrity and dedication to us Hangers. A Big "Thank You" to Dutch, his products and looking out for us all. Fantastic cutting edge products for the Hammock World and outstanding Customer Service. Hunter

    That is amazing. That certainly wouldn't happen ordering from amazon, or wallmart. I think that kind of service should be worth a substantial premium on cost. Amazingly dutch's product are very competitively priced when compared to mass produced junk.

    Dutch has tremendous customer service. I love buying from him because I know I'm getting a good product, at a fair price, made in the USA.

    There are a lot of vendors who frequent this forum who I've had back and forth with, whether buying something or even merely inquiring with questions, where the customer service has blown me away: Dutch, HammockGear, Arrowhead and ULA backpacks have provided me some of the BEST customer service I've ever had. I'd rather spend a few extra $ on some of their gear than get stuff from a big box or major brand name.

    Way to go Dutch! Just one more reason to buy from one of the cottage vendors!

    I am fairly new here but every thing that I have purchased so far has been from one of the cottage vendors listed here. I have had fantastic service, received great products and they are made in the USA!

    I received the same package in the mail except mine were black. Yes, A Big Than You Dutch for doing this. I used them once, only for a trial setup. The old ones went out in the mail this morning. Thank You Dutch for running for you great products and fantastic customer service.

    We had one fail but Dutch had already sent the replacements. I will absolutely buy everything I can from Dutch! He went above and beyond to fix a problem we didn't know we had yet!

    Yeah, Dutch likes to keep customers. I'm sick and tired of buying Dutch gear and will never do it again (that's gonna last 30 seconds).
