    i grew up on, scrapple, spam, liver, kindey, and lambs tongue. to this day love all but kidney
    when we moved to jersey my Dad added venison, snapper and ground hog to the menu. to this day we never told my sister what she was eating

    It's hard to describe scrapple...it's made from the scraps of a pig, corn flour and spices. If cooked properly in a frying pan it should have a crispy crust and mushy center. In the south they eat it with apple butter or mustard and in the north maple syrup, corn syrup or ketchup.

    spam is made from Shoulder Pork HAM. some of the same parts. if you like that. scrapple will be OK.
