I recently joined the forum and figured I should present myself and at the same time try to find other members from my area (Montréal, QC).
Some people who experienced the same crazy weather of Québec could share with me their tips and tricks for a better hang time. So far I found out a few things, the most important one being versatility! 5°C nights in the middle of June and 20°C the next week, rain and show in the same weekend in october...
I just finished a whoopie suspension for my new grand trunk nano, now I just need a decent lightweight tarp and to craft an ultralight bug net for a complete set up!
Anyway, I'm glad to be here, great posts from everyone of you, I learn a lot from this forum!
The only thing that I find annoying is that I cannot start a thread in the FOR SALE section, I need 50 posts... Hopefully I find something to write soon enough (I have a Hennessy supershelter sleeping in my closet), maybe someone can help with this issue.
