    What an amazingly rugged looking landscape. Not much soil there from the looks of it. I pity the tenters hehe. Was it a tough hike in to that lake?

    Yes, I am glad to have found hammocks, I do not miss the hard ground one bit! No it is a fairly easy hike at 9 miles round trip and around 3000' elivation gain.
