The Circuit is 68L IF you include all of the pockets. Realistically, it is 48L in the main pouch.

When I take my Jarbridge, I put it inside a trash bag and then inside a compression bag and strap onto the outside of my pack.

I have a circuit and a jarbidge that I use. Plus a down topquilt. I usually put the topquilt in first, I also carry a bear vault big or small depending on trip. So I put bear vault in and wrap the jarbidge around the bear vault. I then also have room for everything else I need on top and in pockets. my hammock is either a hammeck netty or a warbonnet blackbird and a superfly tarp. I don't use stuff sacks for either the TQ or UQ.
