About the knives:
These knives weigh half as much as steel with very nearly the same strength, titanium is more flexible, non-magnetic, and will never rust, even if exposed to salt water. Titanium alloy is somewhat softer than steel, and therefore will not hold an edge as long as steel, but it is very easy to touch up with whatever sharpener you prefer. In order to increase the durability of the sharpened edge, the knives have a one-sided grind, welding a thin layer of tungsten carbide on the other side. As the softer titanium edge wears away, it exposes a sharp edge of tungsten carbide. None of these knives even weigh more than one ounce! All knives are NEW, and come with an ultralight velcro sheath.
