Wow! that is a beauty Brianb.
Really like how you have made it collapsable, and how that upper rope prevents flex in the arms. Kewl!

Yes and back when Ed hosted this hang he had it during the festival. But we were smaller force then and could all fit on the group site which he booked a year in advance. The whole campground books up pretty fast for the festival. I'm glad we have it the week before because it makes it easier for us to all have enough sites and be close together!

Sorry to ask, but why do we need hammock stands? Are there no trees?

For each campsite, there are a limited number of trees. I tried to call again today to reserve a spot and couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. So at this point what I've been able to pick up from the thread is that these sites have been reserved: 413, 407, 411, 409, 505

So stands are if you don't have a spot reserved, and are planning/hoping to pitch in your money for the additional camper+parking for one of the reserved spots. If you find yourself trying to squeeze into a place the trees may already be spoken for.

At this point there is myself and Sherpa at my sight #505 if there are open trees anyone that needs a spot is more than welcome, or if some one needs a spot for a stand that should not be a issue.
