removable pockets from ula packs on RL

After looking at the whats on your ridgeline thread, i decided to take a look at what i had that i could use to hang my phone, light, pocket contents and maybe a water bottle from on my ridgeline. When i took my ULA ohm 2 pack out, i saw those removable pockets they have on them. They have these plastic clips on them that you can unclip from your pack and clip right onto your ridgeline, and then slide right up and down it as you see fit. Seems like they were almost made with this dual purpose in mind. You can see the clips spoken of in the following pictures. Saves me from having to buy a ridgeline organizer, which is a plus in my mind, and since i carry these on my pack anyway its no added weight. I believe they have these same removable type pockets on all of their packs, with the same clips (atleast the newer years.)

Genius! Do the clips slide on the ridgeline? The only downside I see to this, is I use the removable (small) pocket for wallet, keys, etc. which are all relatively heavy and bulky, not something I want to hang on the RL. I never use the big water reservoir sleeves.

Yes the clips slide very nicely up and down the ridgeline. Not sure about the hanging too much weight thing from the RL as I'm quite new at this still but when i put my pocket contents (wallet, phone, keys and maps) in it and hang on the ridgeline i don't seem to notice any difference than when it was empty. Might just be how i have it setup inside though. glad y'all find it useful!
