Cheap simple UQ Questions

So, I've been searching and reading about DIY UQ. I don't need a lot. I don't intend to hang in temps much lower than 55*, so I found this:

Seems like it would work out OK. Anyway, I was on Ripstopbytheroll shopping for fabric, and I was going to buy some 1.1 nylon for this, but then I checked the 1.9 for possibly making a second hammock, and saw the 1.9 was a 30 cents a yard cheaper. Thoughts on using 1.9 vs 1.1? Is the added weight of the 1.9 not make up for the few bucks I'd save in fabric cost?

Sarge's video is what I would likely do for those temps if I wasn't very weight conscious. I'd use the 1.1 fabric for a quilt over the 1.9 too. If you're just car camping or using it indoors it doesn't matter much, but a couple of dollars for a couple of ounces is a good deal in the backpacking world.
