Paul I think it is a great idea to make suspensions premade for people. There are many who just can't or don't want to sew loops on webbing.

How does one connect a whoopie sling to a stock hennessy without taking off the rope?

    Yes, a little help here HF partners . . . .

I love my whoopie slings on my BB and Grand Trunk. Now I need to know how to connect them to my HH. Is there a way to untie the original rope or must one cut it?

It is simple to untie it and tie the slings back with the same knot. Cut the tie wrap holding the end cover and slide it back. Study the knot and do one side at at time in case you get stuck. Also, Grizz and some others have pics of the knots in their galleries. It's basically a multi-wrap bend on the bunched hammock fabric and then tie the tag end back to the main line in a bowline. Only takes a few minutes per side.
