WTB: Dri-Ducks Poncho Kit

I just thought I would check before I order a poncho and try to find some shockcord somewhere. Doesn't have to be Dri-Ducks, if you have any other weather shields, I'm all ears.

I picked up 2 Dri Duck ponchos at Academy last night for $9.99 each.....(reg price) now I just gotta modify them.
