    JRB line tensioner UV protection

I'm going to be spending an upcoming weekend in the sun, and I've put together a shade tent setup. It occurred to me that the JRB tensioners might get too much wear from so much sun, so I made them some shade too.

It takes hundreds and hundreds if not more like thousands of hour of UV exposure to have a major effect on most ropes and cords.

It's the strecthy rubber that's being covered. I took a picture, but it ended up being super blurry, so I omitted it. Here's one from their site.

I don't personally have experience with these degrading, but others have mentioned it on the forum.
