New to hammock camping, new to the forums. I am from Belgium, I work one month out of two in Saudi Arabia and the other month I live in the Philippines on the beautiful island of Mindoro.
I have just ordered a 1.7 SL WBBB and a camo Edge tarp a few days ago, which will mostly be used for multi-day hikes on hilly terrain or camping at rock climbing crags.
The Philippines has a tropical hot and humid climate, so my main problem will be to stay cool, rather than warm.
I am still pondering my suspension and tarp rig up options, so now I am off to the Dutchware subforum to ask a few questions.
