The olive yellow is for a netless hammock for a friend of my wifes.. She tried my HyperD hammock, fell asleep, and woke up the next morning, UQ beneath her, fleece throw on top and went.. "I didn't mean to fall asleep.. how long have I been out? " So I'm making one for her.

The HDXL is going in my "show off" bag... I think. It'll also be a loaner..Or, it might be mine.. I'll let you know after I sleep in it tonight

I made a pack cover out of the sealed 1.6 HyperD. I love the material, the only issue I had with it is my needles kept trying to push the material thru the foot plate. I was using the MicroTex needles.
    Nice work on the hammock!

Great story. Love the setup. I just make sure I win the race home and slowly pull out my supplies in bits and pieces when I need them...and suddenly there's a pile of materials that I needed...not sure what she's going to say about the 3LBS of 800 fill down in the mail right now though...that'll be hard to hide in a 1 bedroom apartment...
