I made a small batch (4 bottles) of mild tomatillo salsa. Cheryl seems to think it is pretty good, especially on eggs . May make another batch for the trip.

Someone mention Salsa? Well, I'll be your huckleberry.

A friend of mine went to Thailand and gave me the name of a commercial product that is spot on. I found it here in Windcrest at the Vietnamese Grocery Store on Walzem road.

I will mix with a bit of Dave's Insanity sauce to kick it up a few notches.

Will also bring some hot peppers from our garden (pickled variety), habanero, chili pequin, jalapeno, pepins etc... I also have some dried habanero's from last year, that are smoky but not so hot.

It was a special eclipse,won't be seen again for a good while. I took long gaze at it myself.
