Bring the heat, if that's your game, but more than that, bring something interesting. Extra points for homemade, and anyone bringing a product from Taco Smell will be publicly shamed. (In general, generic red sauce is boring...go for the gold.)

To be fair, there are a lot of folks who do a ton of work for something for which I get the credit. It is a lot of fun to do and a lot of fun to eat, especially when Dave's coffee bar is open.

Bring it on! It would be awesome to have a selection of good stuff to compliment or better yet, bench my plastic jar of Pace. (At least it's not from New York City.)

I have a jar of green chili salsa from Hatch, NM ready to roll. And a couple of others.

I made a small batch (4 bottles) of mild tomatillo salsa. Cheryl seems to think it is pretty good, especially on eggs . May make another batch for the trip.
