You know we're always in. I just can't remember for the life of me what is the site number that we like back there in that back corner and whether it's 13 or 14. I already updated the spreadsheet a couple days ago. Just got sidetracked and never actually *said* that yes, we are coming.

Might be 2, might be 3. I know Jacob / Throkda will be recovered from his surgery enough to go by then. Put us down for arriving Thursday.

I woud like to sign up - it will be either 1 or 2 people, depending on if my son can get off - I would like one of the water only sites, we're fairly private so probably not a shared sites - I don't know the area and would welcome recommendations on an open site - this would be our first offical hang and we are somewhat noobs with regards to hammock camping - we are pretty well geared up or will be by then - I am an experienced camper and did backpack quite a bit when I was younger so not a noob to camping, just to hammock camping - any help would be appreciated. we would likely be arriving friday night.

I can tell folks that the woods behind sites 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, & 11 go pretty deep, the park doesn't mind you camping back in there, and that makes them very private.

Sarge is right about that, I was in 7 last year, and there's oodles of trees back that way.

Dear Friends,

Just received a PM from the administrators of this site that they removed my "religious" signature.

Though professing to be non-controversial it is obvious to me that banning any substantive speech is entirely at odds with human dignity, which should be extremely controversial to us all.

I will not stand for this ridiculous policy among adults and will protest it vociferously until they remove me from the site or grow up.

That being said and the Lord willing, I intend to be at the Texas hang November 13-15 at site 12 and will offer a Bible study on Saturday at noon on the inter-related topics of creation and nature in the Bible.
