    Dobby fabric?

I was thinking everyone on the other threads was suddenly speaking nonsense about house-elves, but then I saw the Dobby listed in the netless hammocks drop down option. Anyone have any information? Strength, feel, stretch?
Not sure I want a house-elf cradling my butt every night...!
PS - these colors are AWESOME.

I have had so many new fabrics as of late it has been hard to announce, get hammocks made, and fabrics in the site. I have a bunch more but I am between hiking trips so some will have to wait. Here is the skinny on the Dobby 1.9 fabric. It is an experimental fabric that is a weave of polyester and nylon. I calendered one side to make it downproof and wind resistant. I have rose and dark olive. The side that isn't calendered feels great but the shiny side would be clammy I fear so shiny on the outside. It has a substantial and firm feel. It weighs 1.9 and I would give it a weight rating of over 300 pounds. The most notable thing is the pattern. It has a psychedelic checkered pattern that hypnotizes you to sleep.

I couldnt wrap my head around the previous fabric choices. Now, I look and Dutch has like 15 new fabrics!!!

I really wish someone would make a comparison size, weight, stretch, best case use, etc. chart.

I'm still waiting for Cuba-Dutch. I hear its -0.2oz, twice as rain resistant as glass, breathes better than open air and changes color like fancloth.

This fabric is now available on the site to buy as fabric by the yard and as an option in our 11ft netless hammock.
