My name's Mike and I've been camping for many years, but just recently started hanging. By recently, I mean about 5 days ago I did my first overnight in a hammock. Sure enough, the skies opened over me and my kids on our first night out this season. I was in ENO DN under a WL Tadpole and my son was in a Baer Grylls thing under a huge thing PU tarp. We were both dry come the morning, but the BG thing broke in three places! First time out! Anyway, my kids loved it and we now have stories to tell.
I love the community you all have here, and I learn a lot. So keep sharing, and maybe our paths will cross some day soon...
