Mad dog and hunter, good to see more people from the area , I m from Hammond myself. I usually have off during the week but had th is set up until my job got switched back to driving...sounds like it's gonna be outstanding. Great people and a great time. Have fun
It's not the boulders that throw us off balance, it's the pebbles beneath our feet
I hope to make it. I'm hanging this weekend to see if I freeze. Might have to sleep in the car.
A long range forecast looks like we should have mid 40s at night and high 60s during the day - that will be perfect as far as I'm concerned!
My friend that is coming along came by last night and I gave him a quick lesson on setting up the hammock... and he loved it, but we'll still be bringing along his tent "just in case".

Maddog..... You Live in Lowell!!! That's awesome I will be looking forward to meeting you and your daughter. I'll be there Fri AM.
Question:
1: In regards to making lunches. Is there a community cooking area for roasting meats etc. or do lunches need to be prepare at our individual camp sites?
2: If indeed the weather gets to cold for us under-equipped newbies, is sleeping in one's vehicle possible?
Thanks in advance:
- to Paul and Missy for putting this together,
- to boulderv7 for all your behind the scenes work with the raffle,
- and to the many awesome vendors contributing to what will no doubt be a fun and enjoyable weekend.
Less than 1 week away . . . cain't wait!
Brad
I've gone to find myself. If I get back before I return, make sure I stay here.
When I see lovers' names carved into a tree, I don't think it's cute. I think it's strange how so many people take knives on a date.
