    Sounds good. I can do my Cheerwine (BBQ) chicken breasts and some cobblers. Maybe some baked beans. Yeah, It is my same routine but it works.

    How about setting up multiple rotissery for chicken over the fire?

    I'm happy to bring a couple of DOs too. I think I have almost perfected my lasagna recipe and if I recall the chicken pot pie went well at the 1st Hang. Not really Virginia themed, but provides a "Sticks to your ribs" theme...

    I love ribs! Memphis or St Louis style. I've just never learned to cook 'em.
    Now I gotta research how to make a rotissery spit. For some bbq chicken.
    I also have access to some reflector ovens to back up some rolls or brownies.
