I've been thinking of doing a theme for Saturdays dinner. Several hangs do chili and there are a couple bbq hangs. So I would like to come up with something unique. Lets hear some ideas. I know we can gather up many Dutch Ovens. (I can get more from my scout troop) if we can make it 'Virginia' related the better. Also I love DO cobbler so possible more dessert oriented.

I think we could do a mass mountain man breakfast

Sounds good. I can do my Cheerwine (BBQ) chicken breasts and some cobblers. Maybe some baked beans. Yeah, It is my same routine but it works.

I'm happy to bring a couple of DOs too. I think I have almost perfected my lasagna recipe and if I recall the chicken pot pie went well at the 1st Hang. Not really Virginia themed, but provides a "Sticks to your ribs" theme...

That might be needed...and honestly could be a bit of fun too...just no chloroform or anything like that (gotta draw the line somewhere...)

I ain't worried about getting caught or anything. After a year they still cannot get my house straight from my neighbors house!! LOL

I love ribs! Memphis or St Louis style. I've just never learned to cook 'em.
Now I gotta research how to make a rotissery spit. For some bbq chicken.
I also have access to some reflector ovens to back up some rolls or brownies.
