The fabric slides through so easily. I can do a hem on a tarp almost as fast as I can run the machine.
Yeah, I have access to a few catering trays with big clear plastic lids, so I plan on using one of those lids and create a modified design.

You can get adjustable hemmers easily on ebay. I use one of these to good effect:

Well, my wife just called me and told me that she bought me the following after seeing me mess around with making guides last night.

    http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OQGBN5K/...I2T88WEIMP1JCY

She said that I was working so hard on making guides last night, that it was really cute and that she felt bad that I was going to make my own guides and didn't even bother to ask about buying some.

See folks! Having an Amazon wish list does pay off! That and an amazing wife

    I definitely will.

My Dad's birthday is later this month, so I'm making him an HH Clone to take whenever he goes camping. I'm getting tired of getting kicked out of my own hammock!

After that, I'll be making a WBBB clone for myself. I love my modified GTSBP, but I'm ready to lay in something I made myself.
