My family and I use a Nettie Pot, usually during the winter-indoor-congestion season. Works pretty good too! Thankfully, I don't have to look at myself when using one though...

I am sure you typed "u"tube for ease of typing but that brings up a funny, completely unrelated story.
Yesterday I was trying to talk my mother through some computer navigation (almost as fun as needles under the fingernails....) and things went bad. I told her to go to Youtube and type in Shug to watch some of our hiking videos and she did so. She did not find anything under his name and kept telling me "this is why I hate computers, nothing but naked women on here!". Of course I was like "What!?, I go to youtube everyday and there is nothing like that." Yep, she was at UTUBE. warning, do NOT go there! To have sent my own mother there was both funny and disturbing (mostly funny though)
