Paddle camping the Delaware River (again!) Milford Beach to Smithfield: 28 miles

Here's the trip vid courtesy of JShep420.
    https://youtu.be/z_SP86hNURI

Our trip covered 28 miles paddled total. Day 1 was 20 miles as we continually got skunked on sites which were basically all taken up the Friday prior. We lucked into our camp site at Wallpack Bend which is a spectacular site for everything you could possibly want to do, be it swim, fish, lounge on the waters edge, spread out in a huge camp site, etc. The 2nd day allowed us to fish a bunch more and paddle at a much more relaxed pace. Highly recommend paddling this route if you've got the time, enjoy the vid ya'll.

Looks like y'all had the best camp site on the river. Worth the extra paddle time. What was on the spoon?
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!

My buddy David fixed up an awesome stew with chicken stock, black trumpet mushrooms he foraged himself, venison sausage, potato & onion. It was phenomenal!

Did that trip several times in my twentys and early thirtys, loved the free camping along the river back then.
Brings back alot of memories to me and makes me want to do that river run again.
Did you guys shoot thru the water gap?

Glad you guys had a great trip, thanks for sharing the video with us, nice!!
