    Lionsteel M3 with Custom Sheath

Moving this to the FT section.

I picked up a New Lionsteel M3 in trade, and had GrizzlyOutdoors make a sheath for it. I own far to many knives, and would rather see it in the hands of someone who could use it. That being said, I request anyone offering a trade be at least 18 years old.

Knife Specs can be found here

    Specifications
    Blade Length: 4-1/2"
    Overall Length: 9-1/4"
    Blade Thickness: 0.20"
    Handle Thickness: 0.85"
    Blade Width: 1.58"
    Blade Material: Niolox
    Handle Material: Micarta
    Weight: 8.9 oz.
    Made in Italy

The Grizzly Outdoors Sheath is a Grizzly Elite custom, with Nylon Belt loop, In Kryptex Typhoon, with firesteel and milled slots. ($95 sheath) The stock sheath IS included.

As far as what I'm looking for in trade: DIY Materials, Store Credit to any of our vendors, High powered lights, Hammocks, tarps, quilts, Hiking poles, packs. I'll consider anything really.

I'm willing to consider any trade. Like I said in the original post, I'd rather see it in the hands of someone who would use it, than sitting in the drawer of my gun cabinet. It'll make one heck of a bush knife.

I have a couple of backpacks in a similar state of disuse. Both I purchased new and are a few years old but have never seen any action.

First, is a Dana Designs Bomb Pack - purple/black. It's a M/L frame size with a medium shoulder straps and hip belt. There's also a dry rib included. Next, is an Osprey Aether 60 - green/grey. It is medium also. Both are perfect.

If no backpack interest, I have some other stuff purchased new by me:

Byer Trilite Stool - 21oz on my scale (never used)
MSR Titanium 2 pot cookset (1L/600ml - boiled water only)
    Thermarest Chair Kit (gently used)
Leki Makalu Cor-Tec Pro trekking poles - used but very good condition
Segmented Pad Extender (I think it was a JRB production but I'm not 100% sure)
OR Goretex Modular Mitts - green (never used)

    Thanks...Tim

For clarity, I also listed the knife for sale in a few spots, (facebook, etc)

Any pics of the Aether? Non smoking household, etc etc?

Also, is the MSR set a combo set, or just 2 seperate MSR pots your offering together? I can't seem to find a 1L/600ml kit.

Non-smoking household for sure. My mistake on the cookset. It is a combo 800/600. If you're still interested, pm me your email so I can send you some photos of the cookset and Aether (anything else listed also for that matter). The pack has the hydration sleeve inside.

No problem if the knife sells otherwise. Just thought I'd put this stuff out there.

I don't remember with certainty. If I was to guess I'd say 2011 or 2012. I did find the owners manual that came with the pack if there's something in particular you'd like to know. Or, I can fax it to you.

It list the specs for my medium Aether 60 as: 3lbs 15oz (1.79 kg), 3700 cu in (60 liters).

I'm gonna pass on the pack for now.. It's a 2nd generation Aether. Gen 3 came out in 2010, so this one predates that. Normally the age wouldn't bother me, but according to the size ranges, a medium Gen 2 won't fit me. On modern osprey packs, I'm typically on the extreme high end of a medium.

I do have some interest in the poles though, but that's just not going to be enough to get to the knife.
