Yep - 8.4 ounces. I think I came out slightly over target of 8 oz because I accidentally spaced the ground tie-outs farther apart than intended.

Any idea if you'll be offering a kit version for DIY'ers? I'd buy one in 12' length.

The Membrane silpoly should be an option in the dropdown for both Winter12 and Hex12 tarp kits now. Let me know if you have any trouble.

For the record, I checked the distance between ground tie-outs and it's 70". I honestly can't remember what my original plan was now. 2.5 feet in from each side sounds reasonable though.

I'm very bummed that I missed out on the launch special! Was at the hot springs hang and had no reception. I hope membrane sil goes on sale again =)

Here's a video I did that shows the process of stitching on your reinforcement, grosgrain loop, and hardware for the tie-out points. I really enjoy making this vids, so hoping to do more in the near future.

That's with just the tarp, correct? Do you have an idea for rigging & bag weight?

Thanks for all of this info. I'm really looking at making a tarp with this fabric.
