I'm not familiar with the Chilean memorial remote sits, but I have used my hammock in the park with no issues, other than some long straps for old growth trees in the rainforest. As long as you're using some tree straps as anchors I wouldn't be to concerned about being allowed. Enjoy the trip.
I have hung just south of the Norwegian Memorial on Kayostla Beach.

Spent 4 days hanging in Seven Lakes Basin. Nice place BTW. The Ranger stationed in the Basin came by to check for bear canisters and liked my kit. I've found that two 6' tree straps and one 8' strap has been enough for every sub-alpine and lowland old growth I've camped in.

You can hang most anywhere except the high alpine (it's back to ground up there). There so many wonderful places it will take a lifetime to explore. I'm working on it- 49 years backpacking so far. Be aware there is a forest fire burning in the upper Queets Valley-depending on winds, you may be impacted by smoke.
Yeah I heard about the paradise fire thanks everyone for the suggestions. I cant wait.
Abundant driftwood hang stand materials on the beach. Study the tide charts.
