Bribie Island, QLD Australia

Went camping and fishing with a mate at Bribie over the weekend. It's about an hour north Brisbane in sunny QLD.

It was nice to see how good a hammock is for camping at the beach. Packing up was a breeze compared to my friends tent, especially after a early morning shower.

Not a bad way to wake up

I'd highly reccomend it. The daytime temp was about 25 Celsius so I'm not sure if you actually call it winter!

It wasn't all good for the wildlife...

I guess this type of thing is inevitable with such close proximity to a big city. A real shame, this guy/girl had a shell about 1m long and .5m high so it must have been quite old when the boat hit
