Just a heads up for everybody, I spent the night in the valley this weekend and the creek was almost completely dried up,and there were a bunch of blow downs, I've seen more water in the creek around the valley in the summer time, I know we still got over a month until the hang though there's plenty of time to maybe get some good rain but if we don't get some good rain fall plan on packing water in

I agree with the water. Also my girlfriend and I hiked the sycamore trail to Terrill pond and about 2 miles away from the pond we got attacked by bees and stung about 15 times between the 2 of us. (2 weeks ago)

    Hey Hey....
2 weeks ago spent the night there as well. water was very few and far between so make plans accordingly. ( keep an eye on the weather ). Firewood will not be a problem as blowdowns are everywhere. I will attempt to hike in there the week prior to the hang and cut some wood.
Last week was out of commission due to Kidney stones so no hiking. this was my first dealings and I pray my last...Never again will I doubt the pain of a birthing mother.....
I am going out this weekend to do a little bushy tail hunting, will set up on the loop about a mile past the point where we turn north to head for the CV.
Can't wait to see everyone on the 7th.

Yep, the water situation can most definitely change by a month or so from now. This is Indiana after all.
