Help! I need 2 Evernew orange screw caps

So I let my buddy fill my water for me backpacking last week and he came back with both my Evernew bottles without the caps. For some reason he took them off and then dropped them in the fast moving river (Gone). So now I'm trying to get two caps to replace them. I tried emailing Evernew about purchasing them, but I'll just leave it at I will never buy another product from them again. So does anyone have two of the orange screw on bottle caps for the Evernew soft bottles they can part with? I know I could use a pop cap, but I have noticed they weep water. Thanks for reading and hopefully helping.

Check a couple of different soda bottle caps. The threads on the evernew bottles are much closer to regular soda bottle threads than the Platypus (the reason they work better with the sawyer squeeze). Give the "smart water" caps a try as well as coke products. The standard thin water bottle caps have been down-sized to the point they don't play nice with other fittings.

I thought the evernew caps had the retention loops?? Your "friend" really helped you out a lot!!!

I have one you can have. Slit the bottom of the bag open to gravity filter water thru my Saywer. Don't really need the cap. PM me your address.
