    Cool Hello from Central Louisiana!

New to the forum & hammock camping for that matter. From central Louisiana so not much of a hammocking "scene" around here. Never ending need to be in the outdoors. If anyone has any tips on a good Louisiana (or southern region) hang location or trail feel free to share.

Howdy and welcome to the trees!

There is usually a La group hang in October but if there's a post on it, I've missed it.

If you feel like a drive west, there's a large hang in Texas in November and we welcome our foreign brethren from the east.
