Half-Wit hammock Bug Net Attachment Point

My very first hammock arrived this morning! Super excited!
    Thank you Dutchware!!

I pulled it out of the stuff sack to take a look at it, and noticed that the bug net wasn't attached to the ridge line.
I was wondering if I am just supposed to tie it onto the line? There is also a "Starwars cord lock" on the ridge line. Is it supposed to attach to that? I know these are complete newbie questions, but should the shock chord on the bug bet just thread through the Starwars lock?

If anyone could offer a photo of how theirs is connected that would be great.

Thanks. Can't wait for my first hang!

Crap yes. There is a loop of grossgrain on the bugnet and there should be shock cord rinnning from that to the 3-cpo. then a cord lock on that. It is just ties on. Email me at Dutch@dutchwaregear.com. i will get that right out to you.

    Hi Dutch,
    Thanks for replying.
I think that all of the parts are present. The 3-cpo is on the line, and there is a cord lock on the shock cord coming from the grossgrain. They just aren't connected, so I wasn't sure if the shock cord should connect to the 3-cpo or if the cord lock should be attached to it so that it can be adjusted.

I don't think anything needs to be sent, just some direction on what connects to what...

shock cord to ridgeline? shock cord to 3-cpo? Both of these would seem to make the cord lock pointless as it would just slide up and down the shock cord, so I am guessing the cord lock needs to connect to the 3-cpo somehow?

Again, if anyone has a quick image showing detail that would be awesome.

This would be great, because, as I mention to you in an email, in my case I managed to get the grosgrain to separate from the cord somehow, and I don't have a clear picture in my mind of what it originally looked like. Your instructions were fine, but, it has been said that, "a picture is worth a thousand words".
