Trip Report: Harriman State Park - Paddle and a nap

Had some free time this weekend, so I took out the inflatable raft and went for a quick paddle in Harriman State Park. Spent about 2 hours on the water, failing at fishing, before I hiked up to a spot and took a nap in the hammock.

Here are a few shots and a short video of my adventure.

It was a beautiful weekend up there, thanks for sharing. I took my 3 kids up to Bald Rocks for an overnight Saturday. No bugs, no tarp, and a full moon was awesome to look at while laying in the hammock.

I think that almost by definition, if you're fishing, you're not failing 'cause you're in the outdoors doing something fun.
    Cheers.

You're right- "The worst day fishing is better than the best day at work"
