Anyone arriving in the middle of the night or any other time the check-in station on the porch is unmanned should go ahead and find a spot and set up. Then sign in and get your wristband at your very first opportunity.

Everyone: wristbands are our only means of recognizing who is supposed to be at HangCon. Everyone older than a toddler is expected to wear it the whole time. And each person (kids too) must come to the porch to sign in and get a wristband. Obviously parents will sign for their kids but the kids have to have the wrist band put on by the person manning the sign-in desk.

If a wrist band gets torn off, you can get a new one on the porch. Help us out - bring the old one with you.

This seems a good time to remind everyone of the policy regarding complaints. (I'm really kinda hoping someone complains about the wristbands )

2. The gate won't be locked. It'll just be mostly locked.
3. The gate has a slide that holds the gate closed. At night, the gate will be closed with the slide, but not locked.
4. If the gate is closed, it's okay to open it and come in. It's important to close it (and slide the slide thingy) behind you.
5. If the gate is open, come on in!

Gumbo I have some things we will bring to help out. 1 CampCheff double burner with propane tank, 2 10'x10' pop up cook shelters, 2 large white cooler full of ice for general use and storage, 3 drink/water coolers, 2 1/2 tables, 3 DO's, a box of foam cups, and if needed 2 small table top propane twin burners for general use, the partridge in a pear tree will have to find his own way I don't thing i'll have room. i'll be in Thursday night through Monday,
