I'll apologize now on my curse. I've been cursed with good weather. It's something I live with every day. It's been 3 years now. I know, and I'm sorry. Maybe this hang will be different, thus breaking my curse......

To tell the story, all of my spring hikes........no rain, my summer hangs......no hot temperatures, and my past winter hangs.........just mild temps. 3 YEARS!!!!!! The weather this hang might have a sprinkle, and get into the 40s, and I'm sorry.........

Maybe this year it will be broken. I'm so hoping for temps bellow freezing, and rainy.......please

Yes please bring it. When you arrive you want to find either Hotlips, Kingsford or Richtorfla. Please make sure you can recognize your stuff somehow so that we can make sure it goes home with you.

On that note if anyone happens to have a 60 or 80 qt. boil pot that they are willing to bring, that would be great. By the time you add in potatoes, corn, sausage and other stuff to the boil we need lots of pots!

Frozen, even partially frozen, turkeys cannot be cooked. It takes 3 to 5 days to thaw a frozen turkey so they must be thoroughly thawed before you bring them.

Fun fact: frying frozen foods for folks facilitates forest fires.

For the record, I will be bringing any turkeys. No need for anyone else to bring them. Just turkey fryers and boil pots. Those I do need. A spare propane tank might be useful too.
