Do we want to plan on both? Like I said, the October date would have me leaving early Sat. morning. Thanksgiving weekend is wide open for me. Plan on both?

As a refresher, I think the original dates were:
October 16-18
November 27-29

I am up for October and if my insulation looks good, I'm willing to try for November.

Looks like I'll be on the AT the last week of October. I could use this a last shake down trip. Not sure of the family plans for Thanksgiving weekend.
