On my 6th month tonight and it's a good one for me. Hanging at the back of our property with my son (4 years old). Just fantastic scenery tonight watching the moon. I couldn't have had a better person with me to break the midway point.

Number 27 is on the books after a weekend at the Gluttony Hang in Michigan. 3 nights and 4 days in the wet, snowy woods. Enjoyed my new SLD hammock and 0 degree HG econ UQ.
I've got that same kind of wagon for hauling my gear to campsites as well. Very handy.
The game is the best teacher.
I got November

I’ve got to get back out there. Deer season slows down my hammock camping every year.

Yup, deer season here in Maine makes it a little tough to get out to area remote hang spots, but I'll hang out back to get my time in. I considered bringing a hammock with me hunting. It would be a nice place to sit and relax in the woods although maybe not the best shooting position!

Second November hang in the books. Tati stands are so handy but I sure need to upgrade the bags

Made it out for #27 this last week. It was a fun trip with the night air turning crisp and clear. I even got to go topless. The night sky was filled with stars and they were bright away from city lights. Nice to wake up to in the middle of the night with the coyotes in the distance having a party.

Number 27 in the books. As the saying goes, it was a dark and stormy night. Heavy downpour after midnight really tested my freshly sealed Old Man Winter. No leaks, so I'm pretty happy.
Hung at a state park with Diz and Red Wing and, as always, really enjoyed the fireside conversations.
