Good morning everyone. This is the Official planning thread for the Fall NEHHA. I apologize for the delay on putting this up I had to work on scheduling to see where this would go in the calendar and had trouble with finding locations this late in the season.

I believe that we will be working on a $5.00 cost per person. I am working with Paul to come to the same arrangement that we have had in the past. We would pay $200 per night for the entire group, $400 total for the weekend (Fri-Sat, leaving Sunday), and the reduced $10 per barrel price for firewood consumed. Any remaining funds will be split between the charity donation and the NEHHA Slush Fund.

Please start posting suggestions for the Raffle Donations for this fall’s event.

There will be a sign-up sheet posted in this thread shortly.

Well, I will humbly - and selfishly - suggest the Dana Farber Cancer Institute again. As a person currently battling two types of cancer, I have been the recipient of some exceptional treatments and care there. We have donated once to the Jimmy Fund - kids care. I would like to be able to donate to the Adult Cancer Clinic. They are keeping me alive, and I can go hang a hammock because of them. My personal, but humble suggestion for this hang.
