    Easier to untie than the taut line too and that one is one of my favorite knots.

    Outstanding hitch! A little more fiddly than a tautline hitch, just have to make sure the prussik wraps are even around the standing part.

    One little extra about this knot that I just realized is that you can do a forefinger/pinky figure-8 of your loose line, tuck it through the running loop, and snug the running end down to hold your coil of line up out of the way. When it's time to take down, you just pull the coil out of the running loop, and tug on the running end to break the whole knot down.

    Good idea Flash. And the extra cord might keep that bight from pulling through(like a toggle)
