Toots and I made it back safe to Canada. Thanks again tp our American neighbours for hosting another awesome hang. The first night was great bit the second night was spectacular. -20*F! Lots of PR set last night. It was greay seeing everyone again. Hopefully we can get a summer hand happening this year.
Yes, it was a ton of fun meeting all you guys(and gal). Thanks to those of you who setup/will take down camp for the rest of us.
We really couldn't have asked for better weather. Let's try to do a sweaty butt hang this summer too!

It is my sincere hope that Hillbilly was able to 'work things out' last night. His offer to assist if anyone got in trouble makes him some good people in my opinion.
Thanks to the mid-week crew for prepping the site and all of the effort put forth on another backcountry buffet.
Glad to hear that you guys had a good time I look forward to seeing how it went each year. Your hang is legendary here in Indiana! I believe that I will have acquired enough down to make it next year.

Home now and clean and chapped.
Last night Strung Out and I slept out there one more night and we hit around -19ºF again. Earlier Hillbill Deluxe showed back up to de-brief and bellykrown hung out until late then headed home.
A HUGE THANKEE to Hillbilly Deluxe and VineyGirl for all thier work on this hang. They really went above and beyond. Shug of the Third Person offers a cyber hug.
A thankee to DCBerry for coming out and putting up the firepit tripod and helping Hillbilly with the tarps.
All those who chopped, split, sawed, gathered, cooked, melted, brought....mucho appreciato.
I did nothing but run my gob and had to double my endless palaver Saturday night when Hillbilly was done give out.
Really nice meeting everyone. Truly enjoyed standing around the fire shifting foot to foot and sucking in woodsmoke.
Real treat to get two homemade types of fruitcake pariaharts and frankenhuevon....Goodness Gracias that was good eating.
frankenhuevon, we enjoyed your pot roast last night. Mighty fine.
And the Canadians treated us with not only Coffee Crisps but the elusive Ketchup potato chip.
Goobie I heard it was you that brought the three Wisconsin Kringle s that were laid every morning like a sumptious breakfast buffet....man those were right goodies.
Fun to watch a lot of people get their record low hang of around -20ºF.
