QUESTION: Crazy Creek folding chair as footpad?

    Greetings-

I sleep on an XLC with Yeti 3-season UQ down to about freezing, and augment that with all sorts of different things under my feet. Half a ZPad, Patagonia Nanopuff, half-inflated thermarest, empty pack, etc. Noneworks especially well.

Does anybody have experience with this...

    ...or any other ideas?

I suspect I'll eventually pony up for a full-length UQ, but not right away...

    Thanks!

I have a CC chair and wondered the same thing. I've thought about this one as well for a sleeping pad.

I have both, have had for years [the power lounger was my go to chair/sleep pad set up for the last 25 years of my groundhog days... as long as weight wasn't a huge consideration. As a matter of fact, I just had the village seamstress sew one of the straps back onto the tab on one side... It ripped out when I was up on Flagstaff lake in July.]

I think that either would do as a stopgap measure.
On the "original" my only worry would be that the stability bars that are sewn-in/non-removable might force a tear in lighter weight fabrics.
[With the power lounger you can just pull the inflatable pad out anyways. That's what I did when weight was of concern]
