Unanswerable Emails

Hey Everyone,

I have 2 emails that came through our contact form that in trying to reply to today were sent back as undeliverable addresses.

The first came in last night and had a series of 5 questions about the specs on various aspects of our quilts and the new Go Bags.

The second was this morning asking about a question for accessories on the 4 season New River and getting best fit for warmth this fall and into winter.

I have double checked the email addresses and can't find an obvious error....like .con rather than .com so I am not sure what the problem is other than a spelling error in the email address.

There are two people out there who think you don't respond to your customers questions. That's unfortunate. I hope they contact you again and not just get upset and take their business elsewhere.

Some companies make you type your email twice. It's a pain in the rear, but you might try it if this happens often.

I does not happen often luckily. Getting two in one day just a few hours apart is very unusual and why I have hoped to find these folks. I try to have multiple contact avanues but a slight miss type of one letter is all it takes to not get an email address that will work and guess as best I can there are only so many variables I can correct. The .com one is pretty common and I catch one or two of those a month.

Hopefully these folks will both see this thread and or re-email so I can help.

Some companies make you type your email twice. It's a pain in the rear, but you might try it if this happens often.

Not nearly the pain in the butt of mis-typing.

Yea,I recently sold an item on Ebay and in the Paypal payment header I miss-spelled my email address(added an extra l on gmail) and my payment from buyer is stuck in Paypal limbo....having a real hassle getting payment.Lesson learned!
