Apr. ? Getting hot again!

All hangs in LWRSF are tentative on reservations. Wasn't able to reach the office this afternoon. There are other open weekends not listed if anyone has suggestions. There were suggestions of returning to Green Swamp West, Richloam and Ocala NF.

Hey Brother,
Silly question....what does "open" mean? Is this a non-holiday weekend that someone should maybe plan a trip? I first thought it was every weekend that wasn't already spoken for but there seem to be some gaps.

I did the lake shore trip last year with Timberr and Gumbo. They are some incredible hosts but I have to stick around the house this weekend. I'm definitely planning on making a couple of trips down to Lake Wales area. We definitely need to plan a cool weather trip to one of the Withlacoochee tracts.

Yeah there are gaps. Trying for 2 weeks between hang but some times that didn't work out. Definitely will need a couple of weeks following the Florida Hang to recoup. If you haven't done the Green Swamp West it's one you'll want to make.

Thanks for putting this together, Olddog! Let me know if you need any help with setting up reservations and such. Green Swamp West has become one of my favorites, as well. The mileage is high, but the scenery is fantastic!
