If you're feeling sassy, there is a winter hang coming up the third weekend in January at Grayson Highlands.
I have been told that one has to be mentally deficient to attend, as the weather can be beyond insane. Soooo, I'm in !

Bristol, VA checking in (by way of Castlewood originally). I lost my backpacking buddy 5 years ago (he moved to OH) and I've been missing the woods. I'm just now getting the wife involved. We'll be hitting some familiar trails soon, and who knows maybe next year we'll do the Mount Rogers hang.
Hey! I'm in Bedford, VA. Near Lynchburg. My brother lives down in Abingdon and I often hit GHSP and Mt. Rogers.
